When affiliates book these plans through the Plan Net Marketing site, they are able to earn a commission. The Plan Net Business calls their affiliates agents. Plan Net would only allow their agents to book travel destinations for their clients on their own basis. Now, before I give a rundown on any specific information about the Plan Net Marketing Business, I would recommend you check out this book called "Go Pro" by Eric Worre. The reason why I personally brought this book up is that "Go Pro" will give you strategic ideas on becoming a successful marketer for this business opportunity. You must be willing to give yourself time to learn and understand your craft in recruiting, inviting, giving presentations, piquing interest to your prospects, developing your skill set, attending every function and event (after you have joined), and studying the business opportunity at your own pace to gain knowledge and understanding to make this work best for you. Most new associates will overestimate what they can do in 60 days. However, they underestimate what they could accomplish in 12-18 months. Here, we don’t give awards for just hanging out; this is not a social media club, this is a place for business. Now, here are three ingredients to help you succeed in this business. 1. Have A Burning Desire: You must be driven by a hot burning desire. 2. Being Coachable: You must be willing to follow their guidance with focus. 3. Be Willing To Work: You must be willing to do the work, even when you don’t feel like it. Now, what I would like to ask those who are reading about this topic is, what is your why? Your why isn’t just about money, but rather what the money will do in your life once you get it. The reason I am asking for your why is that I would like to know what motivates you, what will light that burning desire to take this business to the next level. I would like to give a rundown on what we call the S.Y.S.T.E.M. (Save Yourself Stress, Time, Energy, And Money). Now, before I explain this in detail, I would like to add a quote: "If you want to go fast, go alone; if you want to go far, go with a team." (African Proverb) So it’s basically insinuating that people who are driven mean that everything hinges on your involvement. Okay, so now it comes down to the system-driven vs. people-dependent. The driven thinking is that everything you do must be scalable, meaning it can be copied and duplicated by the masses. System-dependent means you rely on the system as an infrastructure of meetings, presentations, and training. So to gather information for your team to plug into, it is 1. Be predictable 2. Be reliable 3. Be profitable and 4. Be effective. Alright! So now, meetings only happen when you host them. Presentations only happen when you present them. Your team only gets trained when you train them. This type of thinking is what causes most online marketers to fail; they didn’t follow the system. So in which cases there is no me, myself, and I when it comes to building this business. It actually takes a team that you can trust and build with to make this business successful and reap the benefits of the S.Y.S.T.E.M. Now, what I would like to go over next is making a list of names of people you personally know (Use a Memory Jogger). Grade your list: C.H.A.M.P.S (Children, Homeowner, Age, Married, Professional, and Success). Okay, once you have made and graded your list, you would want to get started preparing to invite your prospects to take a look at your program. As you strive to become a professional, you are going to be inviting prospects to review a tool or attend an event. The most important tool I would like to add in this paragraph is you must know how to do a 3-way call. A 3-way call is basically you getting your prospect that you know and have built a trusted relationship with to connect with an expert on a 3-way call line. Before you set up a 3-way call, check to make sure the expert is available. Edify the expert. Introduce the expert to your prospect by using the expert's last name and the prospect's first name. Mute your phone and don’t do anything else but listen to their conversation. Put any future appointments in your calendar if it comes up in a conversation. Thank the expert when they have finished their conversation with your prospect and get off the phone. I hope this information will be an excellent help for anyone who is interested. (An amateur will do it until they can get it right, but a professional will do it until they can’t get it wrong.)

So let me elaborate on how this make commission works. There are 7 streams of income: 1. Direct Sales Commission 2. 50% Weekly Override 3. Team Bonuses 4. Monthly Residual Income 5. 10% Override Commission on Travel Sales 6. 10% Override Commission on Matrix Checks and 7. Director Bonuses. The $50 Direct Sales Commission is paid for each ITA you enroll for $179.95. For example, if you share your business product and make a sale to two people during the current week, you will earn $50 in commission for each person. So that means you have earned $100 during the current week. There is a 50% check match on your personally sponsored reps' direct sales ITA commission; when they earn $50, you earn $25. For example, let’s say I had a friend named Mike, and he enrolled someone from his family and a friend from college. Mike will earn $25 for each person he has helped enroll. As your team grows, you will earn an additional $10 in Team Bonuses up to 6 levels. For example, if you enrolled someone who was a Gold Builder, you will earn $10 as a bonus from that rep. For the Residual Income, you must be active in PlanNet Marketing to receive residual income. You will be paid $4 per person who pays their monthly ITA fees. Residual income is paid on the 10th of every month. If you do not have the total number of active personal enrollments, you will not receive the qualified level of residual income. The Matrix is filled by you and your sponsored reps who are on the front lines and their sponsored reps who are beyond downlines. Now, on with the Monthly Income 10% Matrix, you must qualify as a Gold Builder to earn 10% on each of your sponsored reps' Matrix commission.

For the 10% ITA override, you must qualify as a Gold Builder and be an ITA to earn an override of 10% on each of your sponsored ITAs' travel commission. To qualify as a Director, you must first become an active Gold Builder, and you must have a specified ITAs team active by the last day of the month; there won’t be any re-qualification period. Last but not least, Director Bonuses are paid out between the 1st-3rd of every month. Directors are rewarded with a signature Plan Net Marketing jacket with qualifying stars on your lapel representing your Directorship level. You are also recognized at all Plan Net Marketing events and on the corporate website - Plan Net Marketing Leaders.com. Now that I have explained the 7 streams of income, I believe the most important question that I feel like I almost forgot was how do you receive your payment? Pyramid Schemes are classified by the FTC as a means that relies far too much on the recruitment of new reps rather than sales to the general public. I can generally understand why Plan Net Marketing can be called a Pyramid Scheme, but if I have to answer honestly, I would say no. Members can still make their money by selling their services without having to recruit members into the company. A lot of countries and governments have already banned companies, as it’s impossible for all of their members to make money inside a company that is only paying their members to recruit. Now, will this affect my part-time or full-time job? No, not entirely. I would strongly advise that you make time to work on your side activity. This opportunity is most likely online, meaning this business can require online classes, events, or other specifications about the opportunity.
